Tourism Tax: From 1st January 2023, hotel operators are required to collect, report, and remit a Tourism Tax of RM10.00nett per room per night from all international guests, in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017 and the Tourism Tax Regulations 2017, as mandated by the Malaysian Government.
Local Service Charge: Effective 1st January 2025, a Local Service Charge (CPT) of RM3.00nett per room per night will be applied to all rooms.
